Arriving in the Devildom as the newest human exchange student in 2019, Lya captured the hearts of the realm's highest nobility with her grace, resilience, and unique perspective on beauty.Today, she proudly stands as a celebrated figure among the aristocracy, the cherished wife of Lucifer, and the devoted mother to their beloved one-year-old son, Lucien.As a designer, Lya seamlessly bridges realms. She desired to create an all-inclusive fashion sanctuary where every denizen can find their strength and bloom, regardless of their social status or background.When she is not sketching in the atelier or selecting enchanted textiles for her next collection, Lya can be found sharing quiet moments in the gardens of her home, caring for little Lucien, or surrounded by her chaotic and loving family.

I was a stranger in a world I did not even know existed. A world that felt entirely detached from everything I knew. Yet, looking back at the journey that brought me to this point, that early fear has completely transformed into an overwhelming, profound love.This realm has shown me a depth of generosity, warmth, and fierce loyalty that I never could have anticipated. ・Fitting Attendance: Nobles and clients must arrive on time for scheduled measurements. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled.・The Deposit Rule: The 10,000 Grimm deposit is non-refundable once Lya accepts your design request and begins sketching.・Design Ownership: All custom sketches and final clothing patterns remain the exclusive creative property of The Rose Label.・Behavior Code (The Interrealm Safety Rule!): Any client displaying aggressive behavior, threatening staff, or destroying property will have their commission canceled immediately without a refund and be escorted off of the property by a very angry god. You will also be banned. Don't risk it.・Payment: Once your custom design sketch is approved, your total will be calculated and you will be expected to pay 50% of your total upfront. The final balance is to be paid in full upon the final fitting, before the garment leaves the atelier.・Design Modifications: Changes cannot be made once construction has begun. If you wish to adjust your design, it is imperative that you bring these edits to Lya during the sketching process prior to final approval. Any major alterations to the silhouette past this stage will require a new commission form and a separate deposit.・ Client-Supplied Material The Rose Label reserves the right to refuse any client-supplied materials that carry active curses, excessive hellfire, or unstable magical properties. Staff safety is our top priority.・ Rush Fee: Commissions required in under three weeks will incur a premium Rush Fee of 50% the total price. Approval depends entirely on the Designer's current availability.・ No filming inside of the boutique: To protect the artistic integrity of The Rose Label, photography and digital recording are strictly prohibited inside the design atelier. All concept sketches remain the confidential property of the Designer. Any attempt to replicate and sell The Rose Label's designs will be met with swift legal repercussions. (Aka, Diavolo will be very angy with you!)・ Unclaimed Garments: Completed custom orders must be collected within 30 days of the final fitting notification. Items left beyond this 30-day window will be permanently forfeited to The Rose Label without a refund, and the garment will be placed on the boutique floor for public resale.・Magical Non-Aggression: Under no circumstances are clients permitted to cast hexes, minor jinxes, or binding pact spells on atelier staff or property. Any attempt to magically alter or influence the design process will result in an immediate blacklist from the boutique.・ All Sales Final: Due to the deeply personalized and bespoke nature of custom garments, cosmetics, and tailored pieces, all sales are strictly final. The Rose Label does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a completed item has departed the atelier.・Aura and Sobriety: To ensure absolute precision during custom measurements, clients must not be under the influence of strong charm spells, illusions, or excessive Demonus during fittings. The atelier reserves the right to postpone fittings if a client's physical form or aura is actively unstable.・Conduct and Solicitations: Our staff and Designer are here to craft your garments, not your romantic fantasies. Unsolicited flirting, advances, or inappropriate behavior toward any team member will result in an immediate cancellation of your order. Furthermore, any attempts to flirt, charm or touch the Lead Designer will be forwarded directly to her husband, the Avatar of Pride. We cannot guarantee your safety, soul, or existence past that point. Should you somehow survive his unbridled wrath, you will be permanently blacklisted and banned from The Rose Label for the rest of eternity. No exceptions.Boutique rules authorized and enforced under the jurisdiction of the Devildom Inner Council and the Office of His Highness.
